What an effortless transaction and was kept up to date every step of the way - From collection of goods to arrival at storage. My requirements were a last minute arrangement from my side, with urgency and efficiency in service required, and not only did they deliver but they did so with more stars than this rating allows me to allocate. Monique handled my needs with a smile and flawless efficiency, personal whatsapp updates and ongoing communications. The owner did the personal collection and loading of my goods and his team were so helpful and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone that asks, especially given that most companies I contacted didnt have the courtesy to even respond to my emails and calls. I have been with MyStorage for 4 months now, and they have given me top notch service. I was offered a very good price on my unit, the storage units are a decent size, and the site area is very well secured. Monique is always willing to arrange after hours visits for me, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am very happy with this company and will be using them for as long as I am in Stellenbosch.
