Are there any hidden cost’s involved?
No. We believe in straightforward pricing. The rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay. No surprise fees, when signing up.
How long is the minimum storage contract?
Our contracts start at a minimum of one month, giving you the flexibility to store for as or as short as you need. Preferential rates are available for longer-term leases.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your unit Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 17:00, and on Saterday from 08:00-13:00. Need access outside of these hours? Just let us know in advance and we’ll make a pan.
What can I store at My Storage SA?
We accommodate household furniture, student belognings, business stock, vehicles, trailers, boats, and more. If you’re unsure whether your items are suitable, just give us a call – we’re happy to help.
Is the facility secure?
Absolutely. Our facility is monitored by CCTV, protected by armed response, and secured with controlled access points. Your belongings are in safe hands, day and night.
