Why Pack Propertly?

Packing &
Storage Tips

A little preparation goes a long way. MyStorageSA provides secure and convenient self-storage solutions in Stellenbosch, and we want to make sure your belongings arrive in the same condition they left.

Pack Room By Room
Start with items you use least often and pack one room at a time to stay organised. It makes unpacking on the other side so much easier too.

Mark each box with its contents and the room it belongs to. Your future self will thank you, especially at 10pm when you’re looking for the kettle.

Wrap breakables individually in bubble wrap or packing paper, and always place them on top. Never stack heavy boxes over fragile ones.
Fill boxes fully to prevent them from collapsing when stacked. Use soft items like linen and clothing to fill gaps around fragile pieces.
